The plague of Genghis Tron is almost upon this. The bands sophomore debut, “Board Up the House” showcases the electronic madness of noise. Don’t let the volume fool you, this three piece is made up of more electronic equipment then the laptop I write this post on. There isn’t even a drummer! This is the title track off the new album and it perfectly showcases the madness that is in store. Genghis Tron have also hopped on an incredible tour with the Converge and the Red Chord…too bad it isn’t hitting Seattle.

Yaaay!!! Genghis Tron just finished its new album! Outside of owning one of the best band names ever, Genghis Tron brings about an uncompromising blast of cybergrind. Fueled just as much by a maniacal metal rage as synthesizers and drum machines, the band is able to seeth destruction without sounding like some sort of cheap gimmick. Genghis Tron is hitting the road with the almighty Dillinger Escape Plans in what no doubt will be one of the loudest shows of the year (and next if it stretches that long).
